SCR 26                                                                       
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this time:             
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26                                           
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of  more than three days.                         
                                                                               
Representative Brice objected.                                                 
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall SCR 26 be taken up as a Special Order of
